RETURN POLICY

Return window

Orders may be returned for up to 30 days after the ship date. Refunds exclude shipping and gift-wrap charges, subject to the conditions below.

Arrange a return

Email info@parfumscanada.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and a return label. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return postage

Customers pay return postage for ordinary returns. Returns for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products are free. Contact us with your order number and details of the issue before sending a return.

We offer free returns and free replacements for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products. Contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Opened items

Opened items are eligible for a refund if they have not been used in excess. Refunds remain subject to the shipping and gift-wrap deductions and any applicable restocking fee described in this policy. If an item has been used in excess, a partial refund may apply.

Discontinued items and orders over CAD300

Ordinary returns of discontinued items and orders over CAD300 incur a 15% restocking fee. The fee is calculated on the price paid for the qualifying items being returned, not on items you keep. Customers also pay return postage, as described above.

Return packaging and tracking

Follow the return and packaging instructions provided, and keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. Contact us before shipping a leaking or broken bottle.

Inspection

We inspect returned items and compare their identity, size and condition with the order and available records. For ordinary returns, any partial refund permitted by this policy will be based on the documented condition. We will explain the reason and amount of any adjustment. Opening an item does not, by itself, make it ineligible under the opened-item terms above.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. If it is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle after we receive the returned product.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit legal warranties, statutory cancellation rights or other mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, that deadline applies. For a Quebec distance contract cancelled under the applicable statutory rules, we refund all amounts required by law within 15 days after cancellation and pay reasonable return costs. Return instructions and inspection do not extend legal deadlines. Ordinary return fees and conditions do not restrict these mandatory rights.
